Drug and alcohol problems are affecting virtually every part of society - the young and old, the home and school and the workplace. It is costing industry, taxpayers and the Health Service millions of dollars each year to deal with the consequences. Not to mention the loss of thousands of peoples lives and others who may be at risk. VIP Outpatient Treatment Center will offer outpatient services to utilizing both the social model with a combination of the therapeutic community approach. 

The center will provide individual counseling, group counseling and referral services to meet the needs of the drug offenders.  The target geographic area will be Los Angeles County, focusing on adults, adolescents, dually diagnosed and substance abuse clients of both genders. Clients are educated about the effects of substance abuse on their minds and bodies, families, friends and the overall effects that their drug use is having on the community at large.
