Programs
Intensive Outpatient Treatment

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a treatment service and support program used to treat chemical dependency that excludes detoxification. Our IOP operates on a smaller scale and does not require the intensive residential services allowing you the freedom to work and be with your family. Classes are typically 3-5 times per week, and vary in duration.

Drug/Medi-Cal Outpatient Treatment Programs

This program is administered by the County of Los Angeles, Department of Health Services, and it is funded by the State of California.  Services are available to Medi-Cal eligible California residents who meet program requirements and can present proof of current Medi-Cal eligibility.

VIP Outpatient Treatment Center offers two types of Drug/Medi-Cal treatment programs:

  • Drug/Medi-Cal Outpatient Services, which vary in frequency and duration, depending on each individual’s assessed level of treatment need.

  • “Day Care Habilitative” Services, which are more intensive and structured, with treatment services at least three (3) hours per day and at least three (3) days per week.
