VIP Outpatient Treatment Center accepts Medi-Cal, some HMO and PPO benefit plans, as well as other government programs. Uninsured self-pay patients are able to make payments through credit cards, money orders, and/or cash. While payment schedules may be customized to the patient’s individual needs, all fees are expected to be paid before the end of the month of service. To make our services affordable to patients in financial need, VIP Outpatient Treatment Center has implemented a sliding scale rate system based on the patient’s income and number of dependents. This fee structure is incorporated in the Unified Method to Determine Ability to Pay (“UMDAP”). The qualification for discounted rates requires a financial evaluation of the patient.
